Sandra for schools and institutions

Collect every document through one link

Admissions files, consent forms, transcripts, board packs. Sandra gives schools and institutions a secure upload link that any parent can open in a browser, with every document landing organized in your workspace. No accounts for families, no AI training on records.

    The problem

Inboxes were never meant to hold student records

Every admissions season, the same pattern: hundreds of attachments from hundreds of families, sorted by hand into folders, while sensitive records sit in inboxes for months.

Shared folders move the problem to permissions. One wrong setting and a folder of student documents is visible to people it was never meant for.

Sandra narrows the door: one upload link per campaign, files that arrive organized, and records that live in encrypted storage instead of email.

    How schools use Sandra

    Admissions. Administration. Records.

    01

    Admissions

A single link for the whole intake

Publish one file request for transcripts, recommendation letters, consent forms, and portfolios. Parents and applicants upload from any browser, on any device, without creating an account or installing anything. Uploads arrive in your workspace, together and on time.

    02

    Administration

Board packs and HR files, off the inbox

Move board documents, HR files, grant paperwork, and internal reports through private links with an expiry you control, instead of public folders and forwarded attachments. On Pro, add a password and see when a document was downloaded.

    03

    Records

A place for the documents that must stay

Keep enrollment records, signed forms, and program files in encrypted Vault storage, organized by year or by program, so the office finds the right document long after the inbox thread is gone.

    Answers for your security review

What an administrator, a board, or a district IT contact will ask before approving a new tool, stated exactly as it works today.

    In transit
TLS 1.3 on every upload and download.
    At rest
AES-256 on stored files, transfers and Vault alike.
    End-to-end option
AES-256-GCM applied in your browser before upload. The decryption key travels in the link fragment and is never sent to our servers. One tap, on every plan including Free.
    Link expiry
Every transfer link expires on a schedule you set. Expired files are deleted from transfer storage.
    Access controls
Password-protected links and download visibility on Pro, so you know when a file was retrieved.
    Content policy
No scanning, no profiling, no ads, and no AI training on your files. This is a founding constraint of the product, not a setting.
    Hosting
EU infrastructure for core storage, with GDPR-oriented practices published in the Privacy Policy.

    Common questions

Asked by schools before they switch

More detail in the full FAQ and the Privacy Policy.

Do parents need an account or an app?

No. A file request opens in the browser like a normal web page, on a phone or a computer. Parents upload and close the tab. Accounts are only needed on the school’s side.

Are student documents used to train AI?

No. Sandra does not scan, analyze, or profile file contents, and never uses them to train AI models. Records are stored, not studied.

    Where are documents stored?

Core storage runs on EU infrastructure and Sandra follows GDPR-oriented practices. The details are published in the Privacy Policy.

Who can see what families upload?

Uploads land in your private workspace, visible only to your account. On Business plans, shared workspaces with role-based access let the right staff members work on the same files.

What about large files like portfolios or videos?

Transfers go up to 5 GB free with an account, and far beyond on paid plans, in any format. Files are never compressed or converted.

What happens when a transfer link expires?

Its files are deleted from transfer storage. Records you need to keep belong in Vault, where they stay until you remove them.
