I did not receive an email from Sandra. What should I do?

Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. Sandra is still a young domain, so some inbox providers may place early emails there while our sender reputation grows. Marking Sandra emails as safe helps future messages arrive normally.

A file request is a private upload link. You send the link to someone, they upload the files you need, and you receive them in Sandra.

Do people need an account to upload to my request?
