Sandra for studios and agencies

The last mile of client work

You spent weeks on the work. Sandra makes the handoff match it: a clean download page for finals, one link to collect what clients owe you, and a Vault where approved versions live. No AI training on your creative files, ever.

    The problem

The handoff is part of the work

Most studios still deliver through a patchwork: attachments for small files, a consumer drive for the big ones, and a prayer that the client opens the right version. Every clumsy step happens under your studio’s name.

And the free tools have a price. Links that never expire, folders that stay shared long after the project ends, and terms that let the platform analyze or train on creative work.

Sandra keeps it simple: one link out for delivery, one link in for collection, and your finals in a private Vault.

    How studios use Sandra

    Deliver. Collect. Keep.

    01

    Final delivery

One link and a clean download page

Send masters, brand packages, print files, and final cuts through a private link, delivered exactly as uploaded, in any format. Set the expiry before it goes out, add a password on Pro, and see when the client actually downloaded instead of asking.

    02

    Asset collection

    Stop chasing brand files

Send one file request instead of five reminder emails: logos, fonts, footage, product shots, copy decks. The client uploads from the browser with no account to create, and everything lands together in your workspace instead of scattered across an inbox thread.

    03

    Studio library

    The approved version, findable

Keep finals, client folders, and the source files you cannot afford to lose in encrypted Vault storage. On Business plans the whole team works in shared workspaces with role-based access, so the library belongs to the studio, not to someone’s personal account.

    Security

    Answers for your security review

What a client’s procurement or IT contact will ask before your delivery link gets approved, stated exactly as it works today.

    In transit
TLS 1.3 on every upload and download.
    At rest
AES-256 on stored files, transfers and Vault alike.
    End-to-end option
AES-256-GCM applied in your browser before upload. The decryption key travels in the link fragment and is never sent to our servers. One tap, on every plan including Free.
    Link expiry
Every transfer link expires on a schedule you set. Expired files are deleted from transfer storage.
    Access controls
Password-protected links and download visibility on Pro, so you know when a file was retrieved.
    Content policy
No scanning, no profiling, no ads, and no AI training on your files. This is a founding constraint of the product, not a setting.
    Hosting
EU infrastructure for core storage, with GDPR-oriented practices published in the Privacy Policy.

    Common questions

Asked by studios before they switch

More detail in the full FAQ and the Privacy Policy.

Do clients need a Sandra account?

No, in either direction. A delivery link opens as a normal download page, and a file request opens as a normal upload page. Accounts are only needed on the studio’s side.

Is our creative work used to train AI?

No. Sandra does not scan, analyze, or profile file contents, and never uses them to train AI models. Your unreleased work stays unreleased.

How large can a transfer be?

Up to 5 GB free with an account. Pro sends up to 1 TB per transfer, Business up to 2 TB, and Enterprise up to 5 TB, in any format.

Does Sandra compress or convert files?

No. Files are delivered exactly as uploaded, byte for byte. Print files keep their color profiles, video keeps its bitrate, and archives arrive intact.

What happens when a delivery link expires?

Its files are deleted from transfer storage. Anything you want to keep belongs in Vault, where files stay until you remove them.

Can the whole studio work in one place?

Yes. Business plans add shared workspaces, team billing, and role-based access, so producers, designers, and account leads deliver the same way under the studio’s controls.
